Privacy Policy

This page explains which personal data is processed when you visit webtools.visibleweb.es and what rights you have over it.

Using the tools

The tools run in your browser. The texts, files, images or data you enter are not sent to our server and are not stored.

Server logs

When you visit the site, the server automatically records your IP address, the date and time, the requested address, the response code, the referring page and your browser details (user agent). The purpose is security, abuse detection and the proper operation of the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention period: 7 días.

Aggregated usage statistics

We count how many times each tool is visited and used, by language and by day. Only figures (tool, language, day and number of visits or uses) are stored in the database, with no personal data. To avoid counting the same action twice and to limit abuse, an anonymous identifier is kept in temporary memory for up to 30 minutes. It is derived with a hash, using a key that changes every day, from your IP address and your browser. This identifier is not stored in the database, is not used to build profiles and is not shared with anyone. No cookies or storage on your device are used for this measurement. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in knowing which tools are useful and in protecting the service. You can object by writing to us.

Advertising

When advertising is active, the site may show Google AdSense ads. The ads are selected and served by Google automatically: we do not decide which ads are shown or who the advertisers are. Ads and the related technologies (cookies or identifiers) are only loaded if you give your consent in the cookie notice. Google and its partners may process data under their own policies; see our Cookie Policy for details. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the applicable ePrivacy rules, such as Art. 22.2 LSSI in Spain and § 25 TDDDG in Germany). You can withdraw it at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Communications

If you write to us, we will use your email address and the content of your message to reply. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in answering it. We keep the message for as long as needed to handle it and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods.

3. Recipients

We do not sell your data. The site is hosted on a server managed by the controller. When you accept advertising, Google receives the data needed to show and measure ads. We may disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.

4. International transfers

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States, with the safeguards described in its policies (for example standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We do not carry out any other international transfers.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to admin @ servn1.alvasolution.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country.

6. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16.

7. Security

The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the site or in the law. The date of the latest review appears at the bottom of the page.
